SolarMetal Landscape H50 110 mm EPDM AL is the rail made of aluminium AW 6063 T66 for PV systems installation on trapezoidal metal sheet roofs. The height of 50 mm improves module ventilation and ensures the possibility of installing photovoltaic optimisers. The section is optimised for fastening along the metal ribs with rivets or self-drilling screws and the shape eases the use of riveting machines or screwdrivers. The profiles are 110 mm long on the top side and 210 mm on the bottom side, with pre-mounted EPDM and two pre-drilled holes.

Properties

Aluminium alloy EN AW 6060 T6 in accordance with EN 755-2.
EPDM rubber gasket, 2 mm thick.

Functionality

Define the position of the rails according to the size of the panel used, the layout and the distance between the metal ribs.
Position the rail on the trapezoidal metal sheet.
Apply a fastening on every hole.

For fastening with ALG rivets:

Drill 5.5 mm the metal sheet using through the pre-holes.
Apply the rivet.

For fastening with Solar screws:

Screw through the 2 pre-drilled holes.
